I love the idea of journaling, but when it actually comes time to put pen to paper, I often don’t know what to write. I know it’s good for you to spend time journaling about your feelings, and as an artist I want to use this opportunity to express myself and think about my art, but it just feels so challenging sometimes! Here are some ideas of journaling prompts for artists (and other creative people) that might help you get started.
